Furniture shipping is from HomeDirect USA. HomeDirest USA will provide their 'Platinum Service'  which includes inside placement, up to two (2) flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to thirty (30) minutes. Light assembly services are limited to those that can be performed with an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. 

Table only & Seating / Chair only orders may be shipped DHL, FED EX, UPS, etc. and their shipping services would apply.

All items listed are 'stock' products and can be shipped within 14 working days or less. In the event the item is not in stock, and has to be made from the manufacter, delivery time may increase up to 8-10 weeks. Should that happen, IDEAS & IMAGES will then contact you directly to obtain your approval, prior to placing your order. Because the 'EXCUSIVELY YOURS' line is custom orded and manufactured, expect a 12-16 week time frame for delivery.

Bar stool shipping is provided by Fed Ex or common carrier. All stools with backs are shipped one stool per carton, and most backless stools are shipped two per carton.

Bar stools listed are 'quick-ship' sizes and styles and can be shipped within 7 working days.

ACCESSORIES SHIPPING:   Orders less than $30.00 are charged a s/h fee of $7.95. Orders of $30.01 or more are shipped FREE OF CHARGE. International shipping is not available. 

Orders are processed  within 1-2 business days & typically arrive within 7-10 days. Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground. 

FURNITURE WARRANTY: All furniture is warranted against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of delivery. To activate the warranty,  the customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery and make notations on the Bill of Lading or Manifest and any discepancies that become apparent must be cited on the Bill of Lading or Manifest in order to receive coverage under the manufacturers warranty. If damage is unacceptable the customer must contact IDEAS & IMAGES within 24 hours of delivery to make arrangements for resolution. IDEAS & IMAGES does not warrant against normal wear and tear, damage due to customer accident or misuse. Furniture purchases for heavy traffic commercial use may not be warranted. Natural variations in products made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as leather, fabric, wood, metal or stone, are not considered defects. The appearances of natural stained, or dyed wood surfaces; of painted wood or metal or upholstery color (leather,fabric,etc.) may vary between productions due to slight changes in dye lots. This is an unavoidable and inevitable occurance, which does not constitute a defect. Minor variations in stiching in upholstery products are considered normal. Neither wood, leather, metal, nor fabric products are suitable for outdoor use unless expressly specified. Leather and fabric are subject to natural stretch, wrinkle, or shrinkage. Wood and metal may stain, scratch, chip, fade, or darken. It is the customers' responsibility to exercise proper care to minimize any such damage.

Orders cannot be returned as a result of the customers miscalculation of the furniture size, room, door or architectural dimensions. If the merchandise does not fit through a door opening, up a set of stairs, or through any other kind of portal at the destination, IDEAS & IMAGES and its' affiliates will not be responsible, as it is expected that measurements shall be determined prior to ordering. Use a mock up if you're uncertain. Spend some time to understand your requirements and then match your needs with the scale and size of the furniture.

In the rare occurance that a delivery is absolutely refused by the customer, and the carrier has no choice but return the product to the Warehouse, the following conditions and charges shall apply. The customer will be financially responsible for; the return shipping charges, a 25% restocking fee, storage charges and all other expenses incurred by IDEAS & IMAGES pertaining to the return. The product must be in fully resaleable condition (no stains,damage,abuse) and in the original factory packaging, or the customer will be financially responsible for the full purchase price and any and all other incurred expenses.

BAR STOOL WARRANTY: Holland Bar Stool Co. manufactures these bar stools to last a lifetime. If any problem develops due to the manufacturing process, including material used and workmanship, we guarantee that a fair adjustment will be made. In the event of a delivery refusal, the customer will be financially responsible for; a 25% restocking fee, the return shipping charges and all other expenses incurred with the return.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY: If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, you must contact IDEAS & IMAGES within 24 hours so we can provide you with return instructions or receiving a replacement item. For returns of non-defective, non broken items, or a delivery refusal; a 25% restocking fee will be charged plus the customer will also be financially responsible for the return shipping charges.
